FIX200 Acrylic and Polycarbonate Window Adhesive, is a premium, single-component, neutral cure, elastic, low modulus silicone sealant designed for a wide range of construction, glazing, and sealing applications. Unaffected by weather conditions, including UV and temperature extremes. Available in black.

Applications:
• Sealing and bonding in construction.

Suitable For:

Surface Preparation:
• Surfaces must be clean, dry, dust/grease-free, and abraded. Lightly sand acrylic panels.

Priming:
• Porous substrates: Fixseal Fix1060 recommended.
• Polyolefins (e.g., polypropylene): PR20 primer recommended.
• Non-porous: Clean with methylated spirits or industrial alcohol. Do not use turpentine or paint prep cleaners.
• Compatibility testing is recommended.

• Recommended: Width = 2 x Depth

Application:
• Method: Manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
• Temperature: +5°C to +49°C.
• Tooling: Dry tool first, then use a mild soapy solution for a smooth finish.
Important Notes:
• Not paintable.
• Use backing material for joints over 10mm deep.
• Chemically neutral (pH=7).
• Compatibility tests are strongly recommended due to varying substrate properties.
• Not recommended for continuous water immersion or food contact.
