Shipping time:

Items are warehoused and shipped from Auckland. This enables us to provide consistently fast service all year round. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm the same day (Mon-Fri). Most residential and business districts have mostly seen overnight delivery (MonFri), though please allow for 2-3 business days. Rural deliveries on average have seen 2-3 business day receivals, though please allow for up to 4-5 business days.

Which couriers do you use?

New Zealand Couriers are our main courier company, with Castle Parcel as our support couriers for larger items. We also use Mainfreight for items over 0.125m3 or over 25kg.

Couriers can often be inundated with deliveries which may cause delays. Please see New Zealand Couriers status dashboard to see If your local branch has been affected.

Can I pick up?

Yes, we allow collections from our local branch at 85 Kerrs Road, Wiri, Auckland, 2104. We are open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 8:30am-12:30pm.
