Every Rubex stainless steel or aluminum boat propeller features a rubber interchangeable hub system, designed to eliminate chatter and vibration often found in competing hub systems. Unlike plastic components that can deteriorate over time, the Rubex hub is made of durable rubber, allowing it to deflect up to 10% for smoother shifting and reduced propshaft shock when striking submerged objects. Additionally, the Rubex hub will not spin inside the propeller and remains reusable if the propeller blade needs replacement.

Each Rubex Hub Kit includes all necessary hardware for easy installation on the propshaft. Unlike competing hub systems, the prop nut does not require periodic re-torquing, ensuring a more reliable and maintenance-free experience.
