1. Eligibility:

   The PROMT PARTS Cooler Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older. Employees of PROMT PARTS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

   The Giveaway begins at the time of webpage publication and ends on Friday, 20th December, at 4:00 PM NZDT (New Zealand Daylight Time).

3. How to Enter:

   To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

   • Subscribe to the PROMT PARTS mailing list by submitting their name, email, and customer type (Retail Customer or Trade Partner) in the entry form provided on this webpage.

   By subscribing to the mailing list, participants are automatically entered into the draw.

4. Prize:

   One (1) winner will be selected to receive a 150L PROMT PARTS Cooler. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. If the winner is in Auckland, PROMT PARTS will arrange a drop-off; otherwise, the prize will be sent via NZ Couriers to locations within New Zealand.

5. Winner Selection:

   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on Friday, 20th December, at 4:00 PM NZDT. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity:

   By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that PROMT PARTS may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions:

   PROMT PARTS reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions. PROMT PARTS also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond PROMT PARTS' control affect the integrity or functioning of the Giveaway.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:

   By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless PROMT PARTS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

9. Privacy:

   Information submitted with an entry is subject to PROMT PARTS' Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law:

    The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

11. Sponsor:
